Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email, Scenic History Cruises depart from 2 Victory Ave. Located on the East Bank of Nashville Riverfront near Nissan Stadium (see parking FAQ for options).

Our Game Day Water Taxis depart from Lock One Marina (1505 Lock Road, Nashville, TN 37207) and will drop passengers off at the East Bank of Nashville Riverfront Docks (2 Victory Ave, Nashville, TN 37207). Game Day Water Taxi Cruises are round-trip and will return guests from Downtown to Lock One Marina per the purchased ticket time. 

Tailgating & Parking are encouraged before your Game Day Water Taxi at Lock One. Parking starts at $15 per vehicle, pre-purchase is required to ensure availability.

Private Scenic Cruises depart from either of the departure locations mentioned above.

The following actions are prohibited on the Nashville Water Taxi. The staff has the discretion to deny boarding and remove any passengers or cancel the cruise if these rules are violated or if any inappropriate behavior is escalated. No refund will be issued. If individuals arrive overly intoxicated our staff has the discretion to deny them boarding for the cruise.

  • Public Urination
  • Littering

For any vomiting, public urination, or littering on the Nashville Water Taxi or dock, a $250 fine will be charged to the card on file.

Yes, each of our trips have cancellation policies. Please check the cruise-specific FAQs below.

It is mandatory that each passenger fill out this waiver prior to boarding. The waiver is accessible from the booking confirmation email. If you did not book the tour please contact your group leader to email or text you the link to the waiver so we know who has signed for your reservation. It saves time, so please do this before you arrive, or your group will not board until it is completed. Once submitted you are done.

Our vessel can accommodate up to 49 guests, along with 2 boat crew.

Kids are welcome! We encourage families to join for the Scenic History Cruise, its a great way for the whole group to get on the water in downtown Nashville and learn something new!

Yes, we have several items for sale including alcoholic beverages, soda, and snacks available for purchase!

We are a simple 10-15 minute walk from the Broadway side of the river. Walking is generally recommended, as there are often many events going on downtown. If driving, we highly recommend that you take Uber/Lyft. We don’t want anyone drinking and driving! We don’t provide parking & parking is limited around the dock and Nissan Stadium due to events. Please plan ahead and come early if you are driving. There are paid lots around the stadium that are a 10-minute walk to the dock.

You must cancel 14 days in advance of the cruise departure date to receive a full refund. If you missed your cruise there is no refund or credit issued.

Game Day Water Taxi

No, pricing is flat $25 per person. The USCG determines that each person will count against vessel capacity. Our vessel is limited to 49 passengers.

Lock One Marina will provide parking either on grass or gravel lots, trash services, restrooms, and onsite security. For parking of larger vehicles greater than 2 axles please email: nashvillewatertaxi@pontoonsaloontn.com

No, we do not have pricing for one-way tickets. Purchase and round trip ticket and If you do not want to come back after the game that is no problem. There will be no refund.

The parking lot will open at Lock One Marina at 8:00am on game days.

All tickets for the Game Day Water Taxi are round trip. We run a return back to Lock One Marina from the Downtown Dock 15 minutes after the first half of the game, 15 minutes after the third quarter, and then immediately following the game. The final regular return time will be 1 hour after the end of the game.

Depending on Pontoon Saloon’s cruise schedule, we may run a late return time around 8pm. Please follow us on socials or ask your boat staff upon departure if a late return time will be available.

Private Scenic Cruises

We offer catering and alcohol packages for your cruise, please contact events@pontoonsaloontn.com to set up catering or alcohol packages.

No, we do not allow outside food or drink.

A  50% non-refundable deposit is applied to all reservations. In the event you cancel, you will receive 50% of the total refunded with written notice 30 days before your cruise date. No refund if canceled within 30 days of your cruise date, we do offer the option to change the date of your cruise within the current season, and no refund/transfer within 48 hours of departure time (a 20% change fee will be applied for Friday / Saturday & Holiday reservations). If you no-show for the cruise there is no refund or rescheduling options.
